If you and your spouse are willing to participate in a negotiated approach to resolution, mediation can save you thousands of dollars and plenty of heartache.
If you engage us to mediate your family law matter, we do not represent you or your spouse. Instead, we advise both parties of the law as it applies to your case, give our opinion of possible outcomes if the entire matter, or specific issues, are taken to the Court for resolution, and work with you to arrive at a negotiated settlement.
If you believe you and your spouse are good candidates for mediated resolution, we will not meet with you one-on-one. Instead, we will set up a conference call or three-way meeting for our initial consultation. When you call, please let us know immediately if you believe mediation is an option.
